After six months of thinking and after trying to learn various obnoxious things finally I decided my Next CCIE Track.
Originally choices were to make among - CCIE Data Center, CCIE Service Provider ver3, CCIE Service Provider Operations & CCIE Voice. Also I gave thought to go for CCDE as next instead of CCIE. And of course many friends suggested to go for JNCIE instead of next CCIE.
In the mean while I did quite a bit of research understanding current network market trends, what would be possible future of networking, my strengths/weaknesses and experience in terms of technologies covered under various CCIE/CCDE blueprints, Equipment Availability, Rack Rental Costs, Course Material Availability, Training Classes Availability, Current instructors/vendors offering training material in the market etc.
So finally after all this, I now have decided that I'll be going for CCIE Data Center as my Next CCIE Track.
As you might be aware, CCIE DC is the latest CCIE Track that Cisco has launched. The CCIE DC track not only has got costliest CCIE rack ever but also the technologies covered under the blueprint are the one which are going to grow more and more down the line in the market.
I'll start my full blown preparation in Jan 2013 with target of 12-15 months for my lab attempt. And of course I'll be using INE material most likely for the preparation. Though I heard IPX and Narbik are also developing the same. Or I may try some mixes just like my R&S study.
INE Recently did a V-seminar on CCIE DC and their future offering for this track. It was an excellent class I would say.

And of course, ping me if someone is interested to make a study group for the same.
